Although many people refer to it as a “scuba diving baptism”, it is actually an official training experience where you will learn the essential basics before your first dive in the sea.

You will start with a theoretical briefing where you will learn the basic concepts and safety rules. Then, you will perform simple exercises in shallow water to get familiar with the equipment and breathing underwater. Once ready, you will enjoy a sea dive always accompanied by an instructor, in a controlled environment adapted to your level.
You will explore the seabed of the Costa Brava, known for its rocky landscapes, good visibility and abundant Mediterranean marine life.
This experience is more than just a one-time activity: the skills you learn can be credited towards the Open Water Diver course, the first official level of autonomous scuba diving.
